Our clerking team is led by Chris Mitchell, who oversees the day-to-day management of Chambers and works closely with instructing solicitors and clients to ensure that matters are handled efficiently and professionally. The clerks play a central role in the smooth operation of Chambers, coordinating the practices of our barristers and providing a responsive point of contact for all enquiries relating to availability, listings and fees.
In the clerks’ room we pride ourselves on matching the right advocate to the right case. We take the time to understand the nature of each instruction so that we can recommend counsel with the appropriate experience, expertise and availability. The clerking team is also responsible for providing clear and transparent information regarding fees. We will always endeavour to identify suitable counsel at an appropriate fee level and will ensure that fee structures are discussed openly from the outset.
