Location
Following a complex 70-day trial at Winchester Crown Court, our client was unanimously acquitted of both murder and manslaughter in relation to a high-profile acid attack in Plymouth.
The case involved allegations of organised violence linked to substantial unpaid drug debts, with ten defendants standing trial and multiple convictions secured against others involved.
The defence case required detailed preparation, careful tactical decision-making, and rigorous examination of the Crown’s evidence, ultimately exposing significant weaknesses in the prosecution’s case against our client.
